Abrie Kilian
Professional Life and Gallup Strength Coach
Abraham 'Abrie' Kilian is a distinguished attorney admitted to the High Court of the Republic of South Africa and currently preparing for admission to the Bar of Alberta, Canada. With a Master of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and credentials as a registered Professional Coach with the Coaching Association of Canada, Abrie combines legal expertise with a passion for personal development.
A proud Boer, he is devoted to studying Biblical relationships, conflict resolution, and statecraft. In a Biblical covenant with Rochagné and Jolene, he is a dedicated father of four, a committed medical ethicist, martial artist, and an enthusiastic board gamer.
Ryan Ridgley
Life Coach and Coaching Specialist
Ryan Ridgley brings nearly 15 years of self-directed education in leadership and financial development to Maxima Potentia. Specializing in coaching single individuals, married couples, and divorced men, Ryan empowers clients to overcome personal challenges and grow into strong, wise leaders in their homes and communities.
A husband of over 10 years and a father to nine children (seven still at home), Ryan’s personal experience enriches his coaching approach, offering practical insights rooted in his own journey of marriage, fatherhood, and leadership. Ryan helps men build high character, accountability, and resilience, preparing them to navigate life’s challenges with wisdom and integrity.
